In The Media
The Derby Evening Telegraph publishes a column by RamsTrust every week on Tuesdays on its dedicated Derby County website. and the Trader Group of free newspapers publishes a weekly column by RamsTrust.

The Trader column is for individual members of RamsTrust to put their point of view across in the media. Although the views will not contravene the principles of the trust, the views expressed are entirely personal to the author and do not necessarily represent RamsTrust policy.

‘Derby ‘Til I Die’ – Out for Christmas!

RamsTrust’s book project, “Derby ‘Til I Die”, is now going into production to be available in early December. We’re expecting the book to sell very well as soon as we have our hands on it – and it will be THE must-have Derby County Christmas present for 2008!

After six matches unbeaten, Paul Jewell seems to have started the turnaround and the mood around the club is showing signs of optimism at last. At the start of the season a position just below mid-table would not have been considered acceptable but now it can be considered as progress after the poor start. Mid-table just could be the best place to finish.

It was a disgrace that media rights (or lack of them!) prevented the vast majority of England fans without a Setanta subscription - or being unable to go out to watch the game - from seeing England’s renaissance in Zagreb as they beat Croatia in the recent world Cup qualifier.
