Following a meeting of the Supporters Charter Group, David Clowes and club representatives together with the Football Supporters’ Association, it was agreed to continue the process of implementing a Supporters Board. In line with their previous statements, Black & White Together voiced both their concerns and the stance they would not stand for selection to the Supporters Board. However, BAWT proposed consideration of the Fair Game manifesto which was agreed as the first point of order once the Supporters Board is implemented.

The next steps will be:

1.     Identification of potential candidates from the existing SCG

2.     Profile of the role of the three independent directors

3.     The appointment of a panel to select the independent directors

4.     Strengthening the existing SCG

The SCG will report back in due course on the progress of the above points and the application process for all vacancies will follow.
