AGM 2025
RamsTrust AGM – Thursday 18 September 7.30pm
The RamsTrust Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on 18 September 2025 in Harrison’s Hub at Pride Park.

Roy McFarland and Roger Davies were our special guests at the RamsTrust 2025 AGM.
We welcomed members and guests to the Hub for a lively evening of football chat, reminiscing, quizzing and of course, the formal business of our AGM. Guests included our two speakers (pictured above), and Derby County owner David Clowes, Chief Executive Officer Stephen Pearce and Chief Operating Officer Simon Carnall. John Boyle again provided the external oversight for our Board elections.
The evening began with a themed Quiz of “old ones” and “new ones” compiled by Board member Jim Coyle. Known for his fiendishly difficult quizzes, we asked that he go easy on us! There was much lively debate about the answers in the room with some people choosing to work together in teams, others going alone.
After that it was straight into the formal business of the AGM, with Chair Hilary Leam welcoming all attendees and outlining the work of RamsTrust throughout the past year. You can read her full report here.
Retiring treasurer Tristan Weavers took members through the annual report and financial statement, which were approved by members. John Boyle led us though the Board elections, with all six candidates duly elected to serve for terms of between two and three years. Their election statements can be viewed here and you can view all Board members on our Board page.
The formal business concluded, it was time for the fun part of the evening. The raffle was drawn, the quiz was marked, and our proud winner of the £20 prize was none other than David Clowes, with 15 correct answers out of 17. If you would like to complete the quiz for fun (and see whether you can do better than David!) you can find the QUIZ Questions here and answers here. No cheating, and sadly, no further prize will be awarded!
Following a short break Board member Steve Kitson sat down with special guests (and Club Ambassadors) Roger Davies and Roy McFarland for the question-and-answer session. To be fair, they needed little prompting to entertain us with stories of their time at The Rams. They kindly agreed that we could share videos of the interview and you can view these excerpts below. Thanks to member Peter Drew for filming these.
We would like to thank everyone for contributing to a successful evening. The raffle made £127 towards RamsTrust funds. Thanks to previous fundraising efforts, we were delighted to offer virtual attendance via a Zoom link to this year’s AGM for people who were unable to make it in person and this is certainly something we will continue on future occasions.
